ZP100D rotary tablet press is a serial of products widely used for pharmaceutical, food industry to produce all kinds of round tablets and irregular tablets. It adopts double pressing, tablet outputting from both sides.  

This series meets the GMP standard. The pressing chamber, without any paint, is completely separated from the gear system. All the parts in touch with tablets are made of stainless steel or have the surface processed especially so that they are non-toxic and anti-erosive.   The zone of pressing is smooth superficially without any dead corner to make the cleaning easy.

The machine has the continuous concentrated lubrication system, which makes the transmission system, guide rail and major rubbing parts are thoroughly lubricated, reduces the noise and abrasion and brings down the repair and maintenance cost.

All kinds of operation wheels and buttons for pressing, tablet thickness, filling, rotary speed, etc., are set on the same side, which is more convenient for the observation and operation.

This series adopts combination design and the structure is compact. More than 90% of the components are common in this series and it is easy for the abrasive parts’ administration and change. The punch dies meet the IPT standard and CE certificate is optional.
